Introduction

Welcome to BarGain! This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and BarGain.Asia (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the use of the BarGain mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Purpose of the App

BarGain is designed to provide Users with access to discounts, list events, and connect Users with participating bars and restaurants. The App facilitates the discovery of offers and events, making it easier for Users to enjoy deals and experiences.

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to the following:

You will use the App only for the purposes intended, namely, to take advantage of discounts and see events offered by participating bars and restaurants.

You will not use the App for any unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.

You will provide accurate and current information when using the App, including your name and email address.
 

Data Collection and Privacy

This information is used solely for the purpose of providing the services offered by the App, including but not limited to verifying eligibility for discounts and communicating relevant offers or events. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with your consent.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

BarGain.Asia makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the offers, events, or other information provided by bars and restaurants via the App.

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, free of errors, or secure. The use of the App is at your own risk.
BarGain.Asia is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of the App or the inability to use the App, including any transactions conducted via the App.

Termination

BarGain.Asia reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the App or to BarGain.Asia.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BarGain.Asia operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Amendments
